Job description
A dynamic and enthusiastic teacher is sought to join a vibrant and supportive girls' school in the London Borough of Barnet. This is a permanent, part-time position commencing in September, encompassing 0.6 of a timetable teaching Music and 0.4 teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will inspire a love of both subjects and contribute to the school's rich learning environment. Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Music lessons for approximately 0.6 of the timetable. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons for approximately 0.4 of the timetable. Assess and monitor student progress in both Music and Geography, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the curriculum and resources for both subject areas. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent. Demonstrated experience teaching Music and/or Geography at the secondary level. Strong subject knowledge in both Music and Geography.
