Your Role as a Maths ECT As a Maths ECT, your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering dynamic and engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Tailoring your teaching to the diverse needs of your students, ensuring that every child has the support they need to succeed. Receiving continuous mentorship and guidance from experienced staff to help you grow as a teacher. Participating in a structured induction programme with regular CPD and feedback to develop your skills. Contributing to the wider school community, participating in extracurricular activities, and building positive relationships with students.
