Job description
Join Our Forward-Thinking School - Female PE Teacher Position Available! We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Female PE Teacher to join our outstanding secondary school in Hackney. You will play a key role in developing and leading cutting-edge programs that inspire students to achieve their full potential in physical education and sports. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about promoting female participation and leadership in sports. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative PE programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of female students. Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that promote physical fitness, skill development, and teamwork. Lead and develop extra-curricular sports clubs and activities, providing opportunities for students to participate in a range of sports. Utilize technology and data to assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted feedback and support. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the PE curriculum, ensuring it is relevant and engaging. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the PE department. Organize and lead school sports events and competitions. Act as a mentor and role model for female students, encouraging their participation and leadership in sports. Degree in Physical Education or a related field. Experience teaching PE to female students at secondary level. Strong knowledge of innovative teaching methods and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A passion for promoting female participation and leadership in sports. Ability to create engaging and challenging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
