Project Manager
The team are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join. The growth is due to some phenomenal enterprise customer acquisition and this Implementation Project Manager will be joining the team to manage these customers through the start of their journey!
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of AI & Automation projects and ensuring a smooth software implementation experience for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to final project delivery. You'll need Business Analyst experience: Requirement facilitation & Process Flow Mapping, and be able to translate complex technical requirements into processes.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible with supporting new customers in their onboarding and software implementation process. It's a client-facing & technical role, so we need someone who understands implementation and automation, who can also explain processes clearly to non-technical teams.
