This role is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to build trusted relationships, inspire positive change, and support young people to thrive. You'll work directly with young people in a variety of settings, creating safe spaces, encouraging participation, and helping them access the support they need. Currently the service is recruiting for 3 positions to deliver the service (1x 29.6 hrs, 2x 22.2hrs) to work on a rotational basis.

We are seeking people who:

• Have a strong, genuine interest in supporting young people and improving their sense of safety and wellbeing
• Can confidently engage and build rapport with young people, especially those who may be reluctant or disengaged
• Are creative, proactive, and able to encourage participation in activities and services
• Work well as part of a team and with partners across communities
• Are flexible and committed to meeting young people where they are – including evenings and weekends

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band – this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
