We are looking for an HR Officer to work within a highly prestigious and oversubscribed secondary school based in Oxford. HR Officer required for an ASAP start to work on a full-time basis Outstanding Secondary School in Oxford Excellent HR Professional to join a highly successful and well-resourced operations department We are looking for an HR Officer to manage the personnel functions within a highly prestigious school based in Oxford. This is a full-time position focused on the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR). The successful HR Officer will be joining a well-resourced and highly successful department with an approachable and supportive School Business Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the best schools in Oxfordshire where the staff culture is professional and the environment is exceptionally high-achieving. Experience and Qualifications Proven experience in an HR role, ideally within an educational or public sector setting Be an enthusiastic, discreet, and highly organized professional Have excellent knowledge of safer recruitment practices and employment law Strong IT skills and experience with HR management systems Legal ability to work within the UK School Information: This is an outstanding school based in the heart of Oxfordshire.
