Job description
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a talented HR Officer for a high-achieving Independent School in Bristol. Starting in September 2026, this full-time, permanent role is a magnificent opportunity for an inspirational HR practitioner. The Role The successful applicant will lead the school's recruitment and personnel functions, staying true to the motto of "Pride in Achievement." We are looking for a specialist who can lead by example, managing the Single Central Record (SCR) with total precision and ensuring all safeguarding compliance is met.
