Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths - 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

We are looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team.
The on-target earning potential for this role is £32,150 per annum based on a 40-hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,150, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*.

As a People & Culture Administrator, youll be a key part of ensuring every colleagues experience at Estelle is exceptional - from their first day to their last. Youll provide efficient frontline support across a wide range of HR activities, keep our people systems running smoothly, help deliver meaningful colleague experiences, and play an important role in maintaining compliance and operational excellence across the People & Culture team.
