A stunning country House hotel, nestled within a breathtakingly beautiful landscape near Market Harborough is seeking a Head Housekeeper to manage the general day to day of the housekeeping operation with different styles of rooms.
The ideal candidate will be someone:
who is a Head Housekeeper or a Housekeeping Manager in a guest facing role within 4-star hotel or luxury country house hotel or wedding venue. A great personality is key for this role with a warmth and ability to build rapport quickly with your colleagues and guests.
with an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work, leading by example by being hands on, taking on the responsibility of training the team on the floor, be passionate about standards and cleanliness.
Has experience of managing a small team to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness & also responsible for recruitment.
