Key skills and responsibilities include : * Welcoming all guests with a warm, customer-focused approach. * Staying active and visible in the lobby to support guest interactions. * Managing guest flow during busy periods with calm and efficiency. * Confidently handling ID and Challenge25 checks with patience and professionalism. * Promoting venue facilities, offers and events to enhance the guest experience. * Supporting cloakroom duties and guiding guests around the venue. * Keeping the lobby clean, tidy and up to date with notices and promotions. * Liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless experience. * Monitoring visitor numbers and ensuring compliance with company policies. * Comfortable working with systems and completing checklists accurately. * A positive, approachable personality with a passion for great service. * Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
