  • Produce planning reports and dashboards, including look‑aheads, summaries, KPI reports and support with structured data feeds for Power BI.
  • Support programme audits and governance, ensuring all programmes in the database comply with planning procedures and contract requirements.
  • Act as a central coordination point for planning department, programme queries, database access, version control, and guiding stakeholders to accurate programme information.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying data issues and contributing to templates, automation enhancements, best‑practice documents, and training support.
  • Coordinate planning community events, managing logistics, content preparation, communication, and feedback for meetings, workshops, training sessions and on/off boarding. Monthly planners’ / Fortnightly Lead planners meetings, Lunch‑and‑learn sessions, Best‑practice or lessons‑learned workshops, System or tool training sessions, coordinate logistics such as venue/room bookings, Teams invites, attendee lists, and materials distribution/follow-ups.
