The Opportunity

We are hiring a Management Trainee to join our Birmingham team and support ongoing business growth and expansion.

This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in management, leadership, business development, and entrepreneurship.

We are not looking for a finished product.

We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to learn how a business operates, how leaders make decisions, and how to progress into management roles. Full training, mentorship, and hands-on experience are provided from day one.

You will gain real exposure to business operations while contributing to expansion projects and developing the skills required to progress into leadership.

What You Will Learn and Develop

Training and Progression

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be involved in key areas of business, leadership, and management development, including:

• Assisting with training, coaching, and developing team members
• Monitoring performance and tracking KPIs to achieve business targets
• Contributing to daily business operations and management processes
• Building strong client relationships and maintaining high standards
• Participating in leadership workshops, networking sessions, and training
• Supporting expansion projects and contributing to business growth
