Job description
Attendance Officer – Outstanding Secondary School – Camden (North London) Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Attendance Officer to join an Outstanding secondary school in Camden. This is a key role within the school, supporting student engagement and ensuring excellent attendance across all year groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring attendance, analysing data and working closely with pastoral teams to support students and families. You will play an important role in identifying patterns of absence and implementing strategies to improve attendance outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability and a proactive approach. School Information: This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Camden with a strong commitment to high standards, student wellbeing and continuous improvement.
