School Business Manager (SBM) – Leading Secondary School – Milton Keynes Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale We are seeking an experienced and strategic School Business Manager to join a leading secondary school in Milton Keynes. This is a senior role within the school, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to its operational and financial success. The successful candidate will oversee finance, HR, administration and site management, ensuring that all business functions run effectively. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to support strategic planning and decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, financial expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities. School Information: This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Independent Secondary School in Milton Keynes with a strong commitment to high standards, student wellbeing and continuous improvement. The school serves a diverse and ambitious community and is known for its supportive ethos, where positive relationships and high expectations underpin daily practice. The SBM is a key member of the leadership team and plays a central role in the success of the school.
