Key Responsibilities: Real-World Application: Teaching core pillars of business including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources through contemporary case studies (e.g., Netflix, Tesla, and local SMEs). Enterprise Leadership: Coordinating "Dragon's Den" style competitions and enterprise weeks to develop students' practical entrepreneurial skills. Exam Excellence: Guiding students through the rigors of Edexcel, AQA, or OCR specifications, focusing on evaluative essay writing and quantitative data analysis.
