Job description
Data Manager – High-Performing Secondary School – Enfield Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and detail-focused Data Manager to join a high-performing secondary school in Enfield. This is a key strategic role within the school, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced data professional to support school improvement and student achievement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school’s data systems, ensuring that all student information is accurate, up to date and accessible. You will work closely with senior leadership, teaching staff and administrative teams to provide high-quality data analysis that supports decision-making and improves outcomes. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly. You will play a central role in supporting assessment, tracking and reporting processes across the school. School Information: This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Enfield with a strong commitment to high standards, student wellbeing and continuous improvement. The school serves a diverse and ambitious community and is known for its supportive ethos, where positive relationships and high expectations underpin daily practice. Data plays a key role in the school’s success, supporting teaching, intervention and strategic planning. The Data Manager is a valued member of the support staff team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the school’s data systems and MIS • Produce and analyse reports on student progress and attainment • Support assessment, tracking and reporting processes • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all school data • Provide data insights to support leadership decisions • Train staff on data systems and processes Requirements: • Experience working with data systems (school experience desirable) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail • Advanced IT skills, including Excel • Ability to present data clearly • Strong organisational skills Application To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible
