Job description
A forward-thinking and thriving secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic DT Teacher to join its successful Design & Technology department as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate DT Teacher to work within a dynamic school environment that values creativity, innovation, and practical learning. The successful DT Teacher will teach Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on experience. DT Teacher required – ASAP start Thriving secondary school in High Wycombe Teaching DT across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available) Well-equipped workshops and modern facilities The Role The school is looking for an engaging and creative DT Teacher who can deliver high-quality and practical lessons. Key responsibilities of the DT Teacher include: Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 involvement Planning and delivering engaging, hands-on lessons across areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, or Graphics Supporting students in developing design, making, and problem-solving skills Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback Contributing to the wider DT department and school community The School This thriving secondary school in High Wycombe is known for its strong focus on practical learning and student engagement.
