Job Title: Self-Employed Personal Trainer (Rental Position) Location: Snap Fitness Southampton Woolston Contract Type: Self-Employed Rent: £300 per month (First month FREE, then increased incrementally) About Snap Fitness Snap Fitness is one of the world’s leading 24/7 gym brands, with over 1,000 clubs worldwide and 100+ across the UK. We’re looking for ambitious Personal Trainers who want more than just a job — this is an opportunity to build and grow your own PT business within a thriving gym environment . Earning Potential (OTE) Realistic OTE: £2,500 – £5,000+ per month Your earnings are directly linked to your drive, client base, and proactivity — the opportunity is there for those willing to build and grow. The Opportunity This is not a salaried role — it’s a genuine business opportunity for motivated trainers. Self-employed PT rental position Keep 100% of your PT income Rent: £300 per month First month FREE , then gradually increased Opportunity to earn rent back through gym floor hours and classes Capped number of PTs (less competition, more opportunity) High club footfall with strong member engagement Full use of premium gym facilities 24/7 access for you and your clients Build Your Business With Support We don’t just offer space — we actively help you grow: Support from experienced club management Guidance on building and retaining a client base Opportunities to engage members through gym floor hours and classes A steady flow of members and high footfall , giving you real scope to generate leads This is your chance to run your own business within a gym , without being left on your own.
