Job description
A friendly and welcoming primary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to lead its SEND provision as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate SENCO to join a nurturing school environment where inclusion and pupil wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do. The successful SENCO will oversee all aspects of SEND provision, ensuring that pupils with additional needs are fully supported to achieve their potential. SENCO required – ASAP start Welcoming primary school in Buckinghamshire Leadership of SEND provision across the school Key role within a supportive and collaborative team The Role The school is looking for an organised and compassionate SENCO who can lead SEND provision while building strong relationships with staff, families, and external agencies. Key responsibilities of the SENCO include: Leading and managing SEND provision across the school Overseeing and reviewing EHCPs and support plans Coordinating interventions and monitoring pupil progress Supporting teachers with inclusive classroom strategies and differentiation Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and school policies The School This welcoming primary school in Buckinghamshire is known for its supportive ethos, strong pastoral care, and close-knit community.
