Job description
Team Member - £12.83 per hour Shifts:14/21 Hours per week, shifts between 4am and 7:30pm Address: Kinross Services, M90, Kinross KY13 0NQ Are you ready to be our next Greggs Team Member? What we offer our Team Members: Up to 1 week’s discretionary bonus pay per year paid just in time for Christmas Up to 60% colleague discount across our franchise partner brands Enhanced benefits, including, sick pay, enhanced family friend benefits and life assurance Fantastic development opportunities including funded qualifications Weekly Pay What you’ll be doing as a Team Member: Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade What we’re looking for in you: We’re looking for someone who can effortlessly switch gears—thriving in fast-paced, high-energy environments while staying equally focused and productive in quieter, more independent settings.
