Job description
Behaviour Mentor – Inclusive Secondary School – Ealing Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an inclusive secondary school in Ealing. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support, providing mentoring, guidance and structured interventions. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting student wellbeing. This role requires patience, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships. School Information: This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Ealing with a strong commitment to high standards, student wellbeing and continuous improvement. The school serves a diverse community and is known for its inclusive ethos. Students are respectful and motivated, contributing to a calm and purposeful environment. The school offers a broad curriculum and places strong emphasis on pastoral care. Staff benefit from a collaborative culture and strong leadership.
