Who This Is For FCA authorised Financial Advisers Individuals with an existing client bank Advisers frustrated by: Admin-heavy environments Lack of real support Limited exit options The Role You will operate as a client-facing adviser with full control over: Client relationships Advice strategy Growth of your book While leveraging Hoxton's infrastructure to: Remove operational drag Improve client outcomes Scale faster Core Responsibilities Deliver holistic financial planning to HNW / mass affluent clients Manage and grow an existing client bank Build new client relationships (organic + referred) Maintain regulatory and compliance standards Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience Support Infrastructure You are backed by a fully integrated team: Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Paraplanning (UK-based) Administration Support Pods Investment Committee & CIP Options Operations & Client Servicing Teams In-house Tech & CRM Marketing & Lead Support Tax & Structuring Support (where required) Flexible Operating Models (UK) 1. Validation Model (0-15M) Designed for advisers building or transitioning: Structured onboarding Full support across all functions Clear progression pathway Access to Hoxton client opportunities 2. Established Adviser Model (15M+) For advisers with a proven client bank: Dedicated paraplanning + admin support Flexibility across platform and provider usage (initially) Gradual alignment to Hoxton infrastructure Optional team build-out around you 3. Powered by Hoxton Model (150M+) For advisers or small firms with significant AUM: Operate under your own brand Separate P&L visibility Full access to Hoxton infrastructure Ability to scale a team beneath you Retain identity while leveraging institutional backing Client Transition & Growth Support Structured support for client bank onboarding / novation Dedicated onboarding team to minimise disruption Tools to improve: Client engagement Review cycles Documentation efficiency Long-Term Value Opportunity to build, scale, and eventually exit your book Access to internal succession and buy-out structures Ability to transition into leadership, acquisition, or strategic roles
