IFA Administrator Glasgow (Office-based) Up to £30,000 DOE + benefits The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established and growing financial planning firm in Glasgow. This is a great role for someone looking to be part of a supportive, professional environment where they can develop their skills and play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering an excellent client experience. You'll be joining a business that genuinely values its people, offers long-term career progression, and prides itself on high standards of client service. The Role Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll provide full administrative support across a range of financial planning activities. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. Key duties will include: Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documentation Liaising with providers and platforms to obtain information and process business Managing adviser diaries and coordinating appointments Maintaining accurate and compliant client records Handling client and provider queries in a professional and timely manner Supporting the day-to-day running of the office About You Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services support role Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) Confident dealing with providers and investment platforms Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset Able to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment What's in it for you?
