Job description
An independent prep school in Berkshire is seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a welcoming and professional environment, supporting the smooth running of the school and contributing to its outstanding reputation. Staff are supported to excel in their roles and to contribute positively to the school community. About the Role: Provide administrative support across the school, including managing correspondence, records, and databases Assist with admissions, enrolment, and pupil records Coordinate communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders Support the organisation of school events, meetings, and activities Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations in the school office The Ideal Candidate Will: Have previous experience in administration or office management, preferably in an educational setting Be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software Be friendly, professional, and committed to supporting the school community Why This Role?
