From buzzing social spaces to unforgettable dining and events, we create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary. *What do you need to be a Maintenance Assistant? *Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Maintenance team to work behind the scenes and ensure that our Hotel is a safe environment for guests and team members, working on ad hoc-jobs and communicating with the wider Hotel teams to fix problems when they arise (and predicting them before they do!).

As a historic listed building, our Hotel offers a variety of unique challenges that keep every day interesting and rewarding. *So, we are looking for someone who has...* * Availability to work 40 hours (a mix of shifts start times from 8 : 00am to 12 : 00pm and finish times between 4 : 30pm to 8 : 30pm) * Experience working as a Maintenance assistant, Plumber, Electrician or Painter / Decorator within a Hotel environment * Knowledge of Health and Safety and passionate about ensuring a safe working environment * Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team! * Drive to produce results - we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection. * A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service. * A willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights our guests every day.
