Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
\nLocation: Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury or Fordingbridge offices (Hybrid, remote & onsite working available)
\nSalary: Up to £45,000
\n\nRecruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated lawyer to join a fast-growing CQS-accredited residential property team. So, if you are a confident, friendly and approachable conveyancer with excellent communication skills, I want to hear from you.
\n\nThe successful candidate
\nThe job would not be suitable for a partner-level candidate or solicitor.
\nFurthermore, there is no prospect of a management role for the successful candidate in the residential conveyancing team for the foreseeable future.
\nAn enthusiasm to train and successful experience of training paralegals would be a bonus - though not essential.
\n\nLocation
\nRemote working is available, as is hybrid working or being based at any one of our 4 branch offices.
\n\nRemote experience required
\nPlease note that while this particular vacancy is entirely suitable for a remote lawyer, it will only be considered for to applications from remote candidates who have solid experience working remotely without any direct supervision.
\n\nThe team
\nYou will be part of our 30-strong property team.
\nYou will have the support of both our specialist onboarding and post-completion teams, and in addition there is a possibility of having a dedicated paralegal for you. The paralegal may be an inexperienced law graduate - so an enthusiasm to assist with their training is important. However, there is already a structured and highly successful fast-track training programme for our conveyancing paralegals.

\nThe recruitment process is 2 stage. It involves an initial and informal Zoom chat, which we can set up at very short notice - followed up with a more formal interview with both the head of the relevant team and the Practice Director.
