Job purpose
The role holder will support the Business by efficiently and effectively delivering excellent HR advice and support across the whole business. This is a broad HR shared service role, focusing on excellence in the delivery of operational HR solutions, partnering largely with a specific internal client group as well as playing a role within the broader HR team. As such the remit of this role will include employee relations, absence management, resourcing, employee and organisation development, compensation and benefits as well as organisation-wide HR projects.
