Are you a passionate Nurse with experience in delivering complex care at home? Do you thrive on guiding and supporting care teams to achieve exceptional client‑centred outcomes? If so, we have the perfect Bank Nurse opportunity for you!

About Us:

At Libertatem, we specialise in providing complex care services for individuals with brain injuries, spinal injuries, and cerebral palsy. Our dedicated team of carers and nursing colleagues deliver compassionate care in the home, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality support.

The Bank Clinical Support Nurse will also play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and candidates; promoting trust, transparency, and confidence in the quality of our clinical service delivery. In addition, the role will have a focus on pastoral care and wellbeing support for care staff, offering guidance, encouragement, and a clinical point of contact to help foster a supportive and compassionate working environment.

  • Participate in internal audits, governance reviews, and quality monitoring activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support compliance with statutory, mandatory, and contractual requirements, including CQC and NMC standards.
  • Contribute to the investigation and review of clinical incidents, ensuring learning and continuous improvement.

Service Mobilisation and Implementation

  • Support the mobilisation of new care packages, ensuring all clinical requirements are met prior to commencement.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure appropriate staffing, training, and competency sign-off prior to service launch.
  • Contribute to clinical risk assessments and ensure clear communication of clinical needs to field teams.
  • Provide on-site clinical oversight and support during service mobilisation as required.

Governance and Clinical Development

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, care documentation, and audit trails.
  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, safety, and reflective learning across nursing and care teams.
  • Support the implementation of quality improvement projects and new clinical initiatives.

Support to Field Teams

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to field-based nurses and care staff on matters within scope of practice.
  • Assist in the completion of competency assessments, supervisions, and spot checks as required.
  • Support the induction and development of new nurses and care staff.
  • Encourage adherence to company values and promote professional standards of conduct.

Professional Standards and Development

  • Maintain professional registration and practice in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct.
  • Participate in continuing professional development and training as directed.
  • Support colleagues through mentorship and the promotion of evidence-based practice.

Person Specification

  • Registered Nurse (Adult / Child / LD) with current NMC registration.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in a community, complex care, or leadership role preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Behaviours:

  • Excellent Communication: Active listener, confident communicator, and responsive to input from others.
  • Inspiring: Demonstrates energy and passion for achieving goals, resilient and positive in the face of challenges.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with others to achieve common goals, both within immediate teams and with external stakeholders.

Why Join Us?

  • Impactful Work: Make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex care needs.
