About The Role

What You'll Do:

• Provide essential personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and continence management, ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Administer medication support, strictly following care plans and protocols.
• Assist with safe moving and handling, utilising equipment like hoists and rotunda transfers.
• Offer companionship, engage in light domestic tasks, and support with shopping, fostering a positive home environment.
• Deliver compassionate end-of-life care, focusing on comfort and support.
