Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Claimant Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to circa 3 years' PQE to develop their career within a highly regarded claimant litigation practice. You'll enjoy genuine responsibility from day one, managing your own caseload while working alongside experienced Partners and senior solicitors on more complex matters. The Role Working within a busy and supportive Litigation department, you'll manage a varied caseload of Claimant Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and personal injury matters from instruction through to conclusion, delivering excellent outcomes and exceptional client service throughout the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own caseload of claimant RTA and personal injury claims. Taking detailed client instructions and providing clear, practical legal advice. Reviewing medical records, expert evidence and other evidential documentation. Drafting pleadings, witness statements, legal correspondence and court documents. Preparing cases for settlement discussions, hearings and trial. Liaising with clients, Counsel, medical experts, insurers and third parties. Negotiating settlements and progressing claims efficiently to resolution. Managing court deadlines, compliance requirements and case progression. Working alongside Partners on higher-value and more complex litigated matters. About You We're keen to speak with solicitors who have: Qualified Solicitor status in Northern Ireland (or due to qualify shortly). Experience handling Claimant RTA and/or Personal Injury matters. The ability to independently manage a litigation caseload. Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills. Experience reviewing medical evidence and preparing litigation files. Excellent client care and relationship-building abilities. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. A proactive approach and genuine ambition to build a long-term career in litigation. Why Join?
