Job description
A nurturing and wonderful primary school in Slough is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to lead its SEND provision as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate SENCO to join a supportive school community that places inclusion, wellbeing, and pupil progress at the heart of everything it does. The successful SENCO will oversee all aspects of SEND provision, ensuring that pupils with additional needs are effectively supported to achieve their full potential. SENCO required – ASAP start Wonderful primary school in Slough Leadership of SEND provision across the school Key role within the pastoral and inclusion team The Role The school is looking for an organised and compassionate SENCO who can lead SEND provision while building strong relationships with staff, families, and external agencies. Key responsibilities of the SENCO include: Leading and managing SEND provision across the school Overseeing and reviewing EHCPs and support plans Coordinating interventions and monitoring pupil progress Supporting teachers with inclusive classroom strategies and differentiation Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and school policies The School This wonderful primary school in Slough is known for its inclusive ethos, strong pastoral care, and supportive leadership.
