Receptionist – Dynamic Secondary School – Reading (Berkshire) Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale We are looking to appoint a professional, organised and approachable Receptionist to join a dynamic secondary school in Reading. This is a key role within the school, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students and external agencies. The successful candidate will ensure that the reception area operates efficiently and presents a welcoming and professional environment. You will manage incoming calls, respond to enquiries, handle administrative tasks and support the wider office team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability and a calm, professional manner. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and maintain confidentiality at all times.
