Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to shaping innovative, sustainable solutions across sectors including residential, energy, defence and infrastructure.

Your Impact in this Position

You will influence both regional and national success by growing a talented ecology team, enhancing technical excellence, and expanding our market presence. Your contribution will directly support Tetra Tech’s continued reputation for quality, innovation, and sustainable outcomes.

  • Provide technical oversight from inception through to completion
  • Support and guide project managers across the region

Technical Expertise

  • Deliver and review high-quality ecological assessments and reports
  • Provide expert input on EIA, HRA and planning processes
  • Champion best practice, innovation and knowledge sharing

Business Growth

  • Support strategic growth and identify new market opportunities
  • Lead and contribute to bids, tenders and framework submissions
  • Leverage professional networks to drive new business

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

A relevant degree in ecology or a related field, with Full Membership of CIEEM and Chartered Ecologist or Environmentalist status. Proven consultancy experience delivering ecological projects, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead teams and develop client relationships. A full UK driving licence is required.
