About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and fully qualified teachers to join our pool of daily supply staff across a range of secondary schools in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for adaptable educators who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to work in different school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school plans
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each day

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent teaching experience in UK schools
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
