Compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with experience delivering high-quality support and interventions in a range of SEN schools in Sheffield. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will support pupils with their learning, encourage independence, promote engagement in lessons and activities, and help create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you will help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment that enables every pupil to thrive. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, communication difficulties, learning disabilities, or social, emotional and mental health needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
