STS Engine Services is hiring a Training Lead in Stansted, Essex, United Kingdom. This role sits at the centre of apprentice development and technical training within a growing Part 145 aircraft engine MRO environment. If you know the work, can teach it properly, and care about building capable engineers, this is where you step in.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Training Lead is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programmes for apprentices and operational teams. This role ensures all training aligns with regulatory requirements while supporting the long-term development of aircraft engineers and technicians.
You will play a direct role in shaping future talent, maintaining compliance standards, and strengthening technical capability across the organisation.
