Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Northwood - September 2026 Start - Full-Time Are you a recent graduate looking to gain invaluable classroom experience before embarking on a career in teaching? Do you have a passion for education and want to support young people in reaching their academic potential while developing your own skills within a secondary school setting? Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Northwood seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2026. This full-time role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, or other education-related professions. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and gain the hands-on classroom experience needed for future teacher training. The Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide academic and pastoral support, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every student can succeed. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in lessons across a range of subject areas.
