Job description
A welcoming and supportive primary school in Slough is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to lead its SEND provision as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate SENCO to make a meaningful impact within a nurturing school environment that places a strong emphasis on inclusion and pupil wellbeing. The successful SENCO will oversee all aspects of SEND provision, ensuring that students with additional needs are effectively supported and able to thrive. SENCO required – ASAP start Supportive primary school in Slough Leadership of SEND provision across the school Part-time or full-time options may be considered The Role The school is looking for an organised and compassionate SENCO who can lead SEND provision while working closely with staff, families, and external agencies. Key responsibilities of the SENCO include: Leading and managing SEND provision across the school Overseeing and reviewing EHCPs and support plans Coordinating interventions and monitoring student progress Working closely with teachers to support inclusive classroom practice Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and school policies The School This supportive primary school in Slough is known for its inclusive ethos, strong pastoral care, and commitment to ensuring every child achieves their potential.
