Job description
A high-performing and well-renowned secondary school in Oxford is seeking an organised and proactive Admissions Officer to join its busy administrative team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Admissions Officer to play a key role in managing applications within a well-structured and highly regarded school environment. The successful Admissions Officer will oversee the admissions process, ensuring it is managed efficiently, professionally, and in line with school and local authority guidelines. Key responsibilities of the Admissions Officer include: Managing the end-to-end admissions process, including applications, offers, and enrolment Liaising with parents, carers, and local authorities regarding admissions enquiries Maintaining accurate student records and admissions data Coordinating school tours, open days, and transition events Ensuring compliance with admissions policies and statutory requirements Supporting the wider administrative team with general office duties The School This well-renowned secondary school in Oxford has an excellent reputation for academic success, strong leadership, and a positive learning environment.
