Job description
A prestigious independent school in Portsmouth is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its senior support team. This is a full-time, permanent role within a high-performing and professional environment. HR Manager required – full-time, permanent Independent 11–18 school in Portsmouth Strategic HR leadership across the school Strong staff culture and excellent facilities September 2026 start The Role The successful candidate will lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with senior leaders to support staff development and ensure best practice in HR across the school. About the School The school has approximately 800 students and is known for its strong academic performance and excellent pastoral care. Staff are highly valued, and the school offers a professional and supportive working environment.
