About the role
In this cleaning job in Plymouth, you will work collaboratively within a team to provide cleaning services across multiple areas, including offices, washrooms, and meeting rooms. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards across all assigned spaces.
Duties include carrying out cleaning tasks in line with the agreed schedule to ensure all accommodation areas meet required standards. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting any repairs noticed during cleaning duties to the Cleaning Supervisor, helping maintain safe and functional environments.
You will also ensure a timely response to any service shortfalls identified by the Cleaning Supervisor and carry out additional or special cleaning tasks as instructed. These tasks must be completed using the appropriate equipment and chemicals for each situation.
Maintaining stock levels is another key responsibility. You will ensure adequate supplies of consumables are available in designated cleaning stores and submit replenishment requests to the Cleaning Supervisor when necessary in a timely manner.
