Job Role & Key Responsibilities: As a Reliability Lead, you will play a key role within the engineering leadership team, driving improvements in asset performance and maintenance strategy. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will lead initiatives to enhance machinery reliability, reduce downtime, and implement continuous improvement practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives across site Review and optimise PPM schedules and maintenance strategies Analyse asset performance to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Investigate root causes of recurring breakdowns and implement solutions Drive reduction in downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness Support engineering teams with fault finding and technical problem solving Introduce preventative and predictive maintenance techniques Promote and embed a continuous improvement and Lean culture Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve operational performance The Ideal Candidate will have: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Proven experience in a reliability or senior maintenance role Strong background within fast-paced manufacturing environments Demonstrated experience improving maintenance strategies and asset performance Ability to analyse issues quickly and implement effective solutions Strong communication and leadership skills Desirable Skills: Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance techniques Experience working cross-functionally within engineering and production teams Benefits Include: Competitive annual leave with flexibility to support work-life balance Pension scheme options Health and wellbeing support, including digital GP access and health checks Employee benefits platform offering discounts, cashback, and savings Opportunities for training, development, and long-term career progression Supportive and collaborative working environment If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please get in touch with us or apply below.
