About The Role
\nPeterborough City Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Social Work Academy, supporting the development of Newly Qualified Social Workers and Early Career Social Workers.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner who enjoys developing others, promoting best practice, and strengthening the future workforce within Children's Services.

Hybrid Working - 3 Days in the Office
The Role
\nAs an Advanced Practitioner within the Social Work Academy, you will play a key role in supporting and developing social workers at the beginning of their careers. Through coaching, mentoring, and professional guidance, you will help practitioners build confidence, strengthen their practice, and achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

\nThis role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975. As this role is eligible for an Enhanced DBS check, applicants are required to declare any cautions and convictions that are not protected under current filtering rules.
