Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a committed and enthusiastic History Teacher (ECT) to join a high-achieving Grammar School in Harrogate. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), with the opportunity to develop teaching at Key Stage 5 (KS5). The school is renowned for its academic success and offers excellent support for Early Career Teachers. The History department is well-established, with strong subject leadership and excellent resources. Teaching focuses on developing critical thinking, analytical skills, and historical enquiry. ECTs benefit from structured support and guidance, ensuring they develop confidence and expertise in the classroom.
