Ofsted 'Good' School Stroud, Gloucestershire Full-Time | Permanent Start: September 2026 Salary: MPS (ECT Scale) Leading ECT Support Programme Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher of English, ready to inspire a love of literature and language in young people? A well-regarded secondary school in Stroud, rated 'Good' by Ofsted (with Outstanding behaviour), is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher (ECT) to join its supportive and successful English Department from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your teaching career in a collaborative environment that prioritises high-quality teaching, strong student outcomes and staff development. You will benefit from a structured ECT induction programme, with dedicated mentoring and high-quality professional development to support your transition into teaching.
