Guillotine Operator Sheet Metal
Global Recruitment, on behalf of a reputable client, is seeking an experienced Guillotine Operator Sheet Metal to join a dynamic team in the Govan area of Glasgow. This is a temporary-to-permanent position.
Location: Govan, Glasgow
Rate: £17.50 per hour
Payment Method: CIS / Umbrella
Hours: MondayThursday 8:00am4:45pm, Friday 8:00am3:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Operate guillotines (including Amada models) to accurately cut sheet metal.
Work from technical drawings to meet production specifications.
Participate in the sheet metal manufacturing process.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow established in-house processes and procedures to maintain quality.
Skills & Experience Required:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
Experience working with a variety of metals, including aluminium, pre-coated sheet, and stainless steel.
Skilled in using precision measuring tools to ensure accurate fabrication.
