Technical Sales Representative (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Pflege enger Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Besuche und persönlichen Austausch im Außendienst
  • Funktion als Schnittstelle und zuverlässiges Bindeglied zwischen Innen- und Außendienst
  • Identifikation und aktive Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie nachhaltige Betreuung und Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms
  • Erstellung von Projektprognosen, regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Pflege der Vertriebspipeline
  • Sorgfältige Pflege aller Kunden- und Projektdaten sowie der Kundenhistorie im CRM System
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Fortschrittsberichte zur transparenten Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Erfolgen und Herausforderungen
  • Technischer Kundensupport, inklusive eigenverantwortlicher Lösung technischer Fragestellungen und Probleme

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrzeuglackierer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; bevorzugt mit Meisterabschluss
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Service in der Lack- und Beschichtungsindustrie, im Bereich Fahrzeugreparatur oder im Karosserie- und Lackierbetrieb
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Leistungs- und Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Tools (z. B. Farbtonfindungs- und Mischsysteme, Microsoft Office, CRM-Systeme)
  • Wohnort im Betreuungsgebiet sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft inklusiver Reisebereitschaft mit fallweiser Übernachtung; Führerschein Klasse B
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse auf Grundniveau
