About the Role As ECT Art Teacher , you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 , delivering engaging lessons that build students’ creativity, confidence and technical skill. You will be supported to teach a well-sequenced curriculum that develops: Strong practical and creative skills across a range of media and techniques Confident drawing, observation and visual communication Understanding of artists, movements and critical/contextual studies Independent creativity through sustained project work and personal outcomes Exam confidence through modelling, purposeful practice and structured feedback You will support students to develop both technical skill and creative thinking, ensuring they can refine work through feedback and maintain high standards of presentation and effort.
