An Outstanding secondary school in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced and organised Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the school’s facilities from September . This is a full-time, permanent position , ideal for a candidate with leadership experience in school site management, facilities, or maintenance. The Site Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the school’s buildings, grounds, and facilities are safe, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. You will lead the site team, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. About the Role The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the school site, including maintenance, security, and facilities operations. You will oversee a team of caretakers and site assistants, ensuring that the environment supports teaching, learning, and school events.
