Job description
Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join a well-established secondary school in the London Borough of Croydon. This is a full-time position beginning April 2026 , responsible for overseeing maintenance, site safety and facilities management. Site Manager required on a full-time basis Well-regarded secondary school with modern facilities Key operational role overseeing maintenance, health & safety and site security Supportive leadership team and dedicated facilities staff The successful Site Manager will ensure that the school site remains safe, secure and well maintained. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance schedules, coordinating contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance and supporting the day-to-day running of the school’s facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to play a key role within a supportive and well-organised school environment. Experience and Qualifications • Experience working as a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Manager • Strong understanding of health & safety and building maintenance • Experience supervising contractors and maintenance works • Strong organisational and practical problem-solving skills • Legal ability to work within the UK School Information This secondary school in Croydon is well known locally for providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
